Ozzy Osbourne says he's making another album after medical treatment
The Prince of Darkness isn’t waiting long to make new music.
During a reddit AMA (ask me anything) on Tuesday, Ozzy Osbourne said that he was “going to do another album next month,” and went into more detail on the time frame.
“I am making another album because while I can’t tour, I can make music,” Osbourne said. “What I learned from “Ordinary Man,” it got the juices flowing again.”
Osbourne went on to say after he finishes his upcoming medical treatment, which he previously announced would take place in April, “I’m going right back into the studio to make another album with Andrew Watt. If it comes out anything like ‘Ordinary Man’ I’ll be well pleased.”
“Ordinary Man” was released via Epic Records on Feb. 21.
The “No More Tours 2” trek was canceled Feb. 17 “to allow Osbourne to continue to recover from various health issues he has faced over the past year,” according to a statement on his Facebook page.
Prior to the tour’s cancelation, Osbourne was scheduld to play S&T Bank Music Park in Burgettstown on June 11.
