Doobie Brothers heading to Star Lake this summer

The Doobie Brothers are takin’ it to the streets this summer, including a show in the Pittsburgh area.

The band, which features Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons and John McFee, will play the Pavilion at Star Lake on Aug. 20. Known for songs like “Black Water,” “China Grove,” “Listen to the Music” and “Takin’ It to the Streets,” the Doobie Brothers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2020.

They’ll be joined by Steve Winwood, a two-time Grammy winner and a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Traffic.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday at livenation.com, with a Citi presale starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
