Donald Glover, who goes by the stage name Childish Gambino, performs at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York on June 3, 2017.

Donald Glover, known onstage as Childish Gambino, announced on the social media platform X that the rest of his North American farewell concert tour is postponed.

Glover said in the post that he will be focusing on his physical health “for a few weeks.”

“Hold onto your tickets,” he said in the post. “ALL tickets will be honored for the upcoming dates in North America when they are rescheduled.”

He thanked fans for their privacy, support and love.

Glover was set to perform in Austin, Texas, on Tuesday this week, which would have preceded performances in Dallas, Denver, Salt Lake City and Phoenix, TheWrap reported. Other remaining tour stops included Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, St. Paul and Chicago, according to TheWrap.

It’s unknown whether Glover will attend the 76th annual Emmy Awards on Sept. 15, where he is nominated for three Emmys for “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” including outstanding lead actor in a drama series, outstanding writing for a drama series and outstanding drama series, TheWrap said. He was the series star/creator/executive producer of FX’s “Atlanta” TV show.

Starting in 2008, he has rapped, sang and bent genres under the Childish Gambino pseudonym.

Glover brought his Childish Gambino tour to Pittsburgh’s PPG Paints Arena in August.
