Singer-songwriter Taylor Swift and host Jimmy Fallon play the “Name That Song Challenge” on October 3, 2019.

Taylor Swift drew a blank (space) when it came to naming a song close to her: one of her own.

Swift was on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday in advance of her “Saturday Night Live” performance this week.

While on the show, she played the “Name That Song Challenge” with Fallon, a recurring segment where house band The Roots plays a popular song, minus the vocals, and contestants have to guess which song it is.

Swift correctly guessed songs by Britney Spears, Nelly and TLC, among others, during the game. But the final song caused problems for the music star. As the band played her song “Shake It Off,” Swift stared and listened, trying to figure it out. After about 10 seconds, Fallon correctly guessed the song and Swift appeared shocked and a bit embarrassed.

“That’s my favorite thing that ever happened on the whole show ever,” Fallon joked after.

Swift joked earlier in the segment that she’s had to figure out different ways to saw common phrases that she has used for song titles, including the phrase “shake it off.” Foreshadowing at its best.
