Fans of the hit series “Outlander,” think of it as your early Christmas present.

Comcast NBCUniversal and Lionsgate have agreed to a new carriage deal that will keep Starz on Xfinity TV’s lineup, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The deal also will put Starz on NBC’s upcoming streaming service Peacock, which will start in April.

Financial details haven’t been disclosed, but the agreement will prevent any blackout of Starz on Comcast’s channel lineup, which was set to happen when the current deal expired on Dec. 31.

THR reports the deal will allow NBCUniversal to license content from Lionsgate for Peacock, boosting programming options that already include over 15,000 hours of NBC content (like “The Office” and “Cheers”) and planned new offerings like the “Saved By The Bell” reboot and “Dr. Death.”

It’s also good news for fans of Starz shows like “Outlander,” set for a fifth season in February, and the drama “Power,” set to premiere its new season in early January.

The deal is good for the Starz flagship channel, and the Starz Encore suite — with Encore, Encore Westerns, Encore Black and Encore Action — and related VOD content.

“We are pleased that we were able to extend the partnership to Peacock and other businesses within Comcast while also ensuring Xfinity customers continue to enjoy great Starz programming,” Dana Strong, President of Consumer Services for Comcast Cable, said in a statement Monday.
