A pair of Pittsburgh television news anchors welcomed new family members in the past few days.

KDKA-TV morning anchor Lindsay Ward had a baby girl on Monday.

Ward, who joined KDKA as a reporter in 2019, announced on Facebook the birth of Aurora Marie, who weighed in at 8 pounds, 3.2 ounces.

It’s the second child for Ward, who had a boy, Sebastian, in 2019.

Kelly Sasso, WTAE-TV’s anchor for the 4 and 6 p.m. newscasts, had a baby boy on Saturday and used social media to share the news.

Sasso, a Hempfield Area High School graduate who joined WTAE in 2017, gave birth to a baby boy, Ayven Perry.
