Knicks rookie Kevin Knox has an entry for dunk of the year

It can be argued that the New York Knicks are the worst organization in all of sports.

But Wednesday night, rookie Kevin Knox provided possibly the best play of the NBA season.

The small forward caught a pass as he was cutting into the lane and hammered a monstrous dunk over Philadelphia’s Ben Simmons. Knox was even fouled on the play for an and-one situation, but he missed the free throw.

And even though Knox could win an ESPY for the play, the Knicks fell to the Sixers 126-111 for their 18th consecutive loss.
