Police say a Harrison man admitted he sexually assaulted a girl and showed her child pornography when she was as young as 7.

Corey Matthew McClain, 20, allegedly told police the assaults occurred when the girl was between the ages of 7 and 9, according to a criminal complaint.

The girl, now 15, was interviewed this month at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

She told police that McClain touched her inappropriately on several occasions and also showed her child pornography. The alleged abuse occurred in a Harrison home when she was nine, according to the complaint.

McClain remained in the Allegheny County Jail on Wednesday afternoon after failing to post $75,000 bond.

He faces charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated incident assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault and indecent exposure.
