The Carlynton girls bowling team made history this year by winning its first section championship.
“Each one of these outstanding student-athletes has played a vital role in hoisting our very first banner,” said Coach Daniel Kuhn.
The team had a 9-1 record and clinched the section title at a match against Canon-MacMillan on Jan. 24.
Carlynton’s boys bowling team also won a section title this season.
