Paul L. Cullen and Shamus Petrucelli are the apparent winners of two at-large seats on O’Hara Council on Nov. 7, according to unofficial results from the Allegheny County Board of Elections.
With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Cullen had 2,072 votes to 1,704 for Petrucelli and 1,470 for W. Robert Strohm Jr.
The vote totals are unofficial until they have been certified by the Board of Elections
