East Suburban Artists League will present an exhibition featuring members’ artwork at the Elaine Biondi Gallery Space in Monroeville Public Library, 4000 Gateway Campus Blvd., from May 26 through June 20.

The public is invited to attend the opening reception on June 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is free.

ESAL artists work in various media, styles and techniques, including watercolor, acrylic, pastels, oil paintings, photography, fiber arts, collage, mosaics and monoprints.

Most of the artwork will be available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the nonprofit Friends of the Monroeville Public Library.

The gallery is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is closed on Sundays.

ESAL, a nonprofit organization founded in 1965, aims to foster arts and crafts and provide education, inspiration and support to artists and patrons in Pittsburgh’s eastern suburbs. The group sponsors lectures, networking events, workshops and league-sponsored shows, displays and exhibits.
