LF Cal Mitchell (.327) went 2 for 4 and broke a 2-2 tie in the eighth inning with his eighth home run. 3B Diego Castillo (.280) went 1 for 3 with an RBI. 1B Mason Martin (.207) went 1 for 4 with a double. RHP Osvaldo Bido (5.02) started and went six innings, giving up one run, a solo home run, on four hits. He struck out seven. RHP Austin Brice (3-3, 4.29) pitched a scoreless eighth to earn the win. RHP Eric Hanhold (3.32) pitched a scoreless ninth for his ninth save.

C Endy Rodriguez (.368) went 1 for 3 with his third Double-A homer, 19th overall, and two walks. 1B Malcom Nunez (.265) went 1 for 4 and hit a three-run homer, his third with the Curve and 20th overall this season. LF Blake Sabol (.283) went 3 for 4 with two doubles and an RBI. 3B Jared Triolo (.279) went 2 for 4. RHP Quinn Priester (2-3, 2.43) started and worked 5.1 innings, giving up five runs, on earned, on seven hits. He struck out three. LHP Tyler Samaniego (3.71) pitched a scoreless ninth for his 10th save.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 48-63) was edged out by Greenville (Red Sox), 3-2. RHP Jared Jones (4.83) started and pitched four scoreless innings, allowing four hits and three walks. RHP Jack Carey (4-5, 5.66) gave up three runs on two hits, including a homer, in the fifth to take the loss. 2B Yoyner Fajardo (.272) went 4 for 4 and stole two bases, running his season total to 16.
