1-year-old girl killed in Brownsville crash

A one-year-old girl was killed Thursday afternoon when she was hit by a vehicle in Brownsville, state police said.

The victim, who was not identified, was hit at Green Street at about 5:15 p.m., police said.

No other details of the accident were released Thursday night.

The driver, Donnie Lee Sigmon, 58, of Brownsville was taken into custody, police said.

Police said the investigation is continuing.
