INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 51-53) managed three hits against Memphis (Cardinals) and lost, 5-1. 2B Hoy Park (.220), DH Brendt Citta (.229) and RF Jared Oliva (.222) singled. RHP Miguel Yajure (2-3, 6.81) started and gave up four runs on six hits, including a homer, in four innings. RHP Johan Oviedo (5.47), RHP John O’Reilly (6.59) and RHP Hunter Stratton (5.56) each threw a scoreless inning of relief.

Next: Wednesday at Memphis (Cardinals), 8:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 49-54) blanked Binghamton (Mets), 6-0. RHP Luis Ortiz (4-8, 4.89) started and went six innings, giving up two hits and striking out eight. RHP Tahnaj Thomas (3.18) threw one scoreless inning of relief and RHP Enmanuel Mejia (5.49) threw two. 2B Aaron Shackelford (.244) went 2 for 4 with a two-run homer, his 20th. C Endy Rodriguez went 1 for 3 with an RBI double and a walk in his first Double-A game after being promoted from Greensboro. SS Liover Peguero (.262) went 2 for 4.

Next: Wednesday at Binghamton (Mets), 6:35 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 44-57) was clobbered by Jersey Shore (Phillies), 14-3. RHP Ricky DeVito started and took the loss, allowing six runs, five earned, on three hits and four walks in 2.1 innings. RF Yoyner Fajardo (.274) went 3 for 5 with a double. SS Francisco Acuna (.263) was 2 for 4 with a pair of doubles and an RBI. 3B Dariel Lopez (.294) was 1 for 3 with a walk and an RBI.

Next: Wednesday vs. Jersey Shore (Phillies), noon

BRADENTON (Low-A, 52-50) lost to Palm Beach (Cardinals), 6-4. LHP Anthony Solometo (3.68) started and went four innings, allowing two runs on three hits with four strikeouts. RHP Bubba Chandler (5.68) worked three innings, giving up two runs on three hits, including a homer, with six strikeouts. RHP Yunior Thibo (3-4, 4.05) pitched the last two innings, giving up two unearned runs on three hits to suffer the loss. DH Jack Brannigan (.455) went 2 for 5 with a double. 1B Brenden Dixon (.204) went 1 for 5 with a pair of RBIs. 2B Norkis Marcos (.179) went 2 for 4 and drove in a run.
