INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 50-51) handled Louisville (Reds), 6-1. RHP Roansy Contreras (2.76) started and worked four innings, giving up one run on three hits, walking none and striking out nine. RHP Travis MacGregor (1-1, 9.00) pitched 2.1 scoreless innings to earn the win. LHP Joe Jacques (5.40) didn’t allow a hit over the last two innings to earn his second save. RF Hoy Park (.223) went 2 for 5 with a two-run homer, his fourth. DH Brendt Citta (.278) went 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI. 1B Mason Martin (.205) went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs. 2B Diego Castillo (.250) was 2 for 4. CF Jared Oliva (.215) was 1 for 3 with a double and an RBI.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 48-51) edged out Akron (Guardians), 2-1. Through eight innings, there was no score and each team had one hit. Akron scored a run off RHP Tahnaj Thomas (4-4, 3.26) in the top of the ninth. Altoona responded with a pair for a walk-off win. 3B Jared Triolo (.271) had an RBI triple and DH Blake Sabol (.273) followed with a walkoff sacrifice fly. RHP Kyle Nicolas (4.12) started and pitched two scoreless innings without allowing a hit. RHP Jeffrey Passantino followed with four scoreless innings, giving up one hit. RHP Brad Case worked the next two innings without allowing a hit.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 43-55) was beaten by Bowling Green (Rays), 5-2.RHP Justin Meis (1-4, 5.97) of Bethel Park started and allowed three runs on five hits, including a homer, in 5.2 innings. He struck out five. 2B Dariel Lopez (.294) went 2 for 4 with an RBI. CF Luke Brown (.216) went 1 for 4 with a double.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 50-49) scored twice in the top of the 10th to beat Fort Myers (Twins), 4-3. PH Juan Jerez (.211) hit the go-ahead RBI double in the 10th. CF Jase Bowen (.278) went 2 for 5 with an RBI. 2B Deivis Nadal (.224) went 2 for 4. DH Bubba Chandler (.222) went 1 for 4 with an RBI. RHP Valentin Linarez (4.37) started and allowed one unearned run on two hits in six innings. RHP Wilkin Ramos (3-1, 4.25) gave up one unearned run in three innings of relief to earn the win.
