INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 36-36) was beaten by Nashville (Brewers), 8-5. DH Ben Gamel (hamstring), on a rehab assignment, went 0 for 4 with two strikeouts. RF Cal Mitchell (.320) went 3 for 4 with two runs scored. SS Rodolfo Castro (.220) went 1 for 4 with a homer, his seventh. 3B Taylor Davis (.254) went 3 for 4 with a double and two RBIs. LHP Zach Matson (6.75) started and pitched two scoreless innings, allowing one hit. RHP Hunter Stratton (1-4, 6.03) took the loss, giving up four runs on three hits and two walks in 1.1 innings.

Next: Thursday at Nashville (Brewers), 8:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 35-36) clobbered Harrisburg (Nationals), 8-3. CF Matt Gorski (.294) went 1 for 2 with a triple but left the game with a leg injury. LF Blake Sabol (.268) went 2 for 3 with a double, a home run, his eighth, and three runs scored. DH Andres Alvarez (.255) went 2 for 4 with two RBIs. RHP Carmen Mlodzinski (1-4, 4.17) started and pitched six innings, allowing two runs, one earned, on three hits, striking out eight.

Next: Thursday vs. Harrisburg (Nationals), 6 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 30-40) scored twice in the top of the 10th to beat Hickory (Rangers), 10-4. 2B Jackson Glenn (.218) went 4 for 5 with a triple and the go-ahead RBI double in the 10th. C Endy Rodriguez (.260) had a pinch-hit RBI double in the 10th. SS Francisco Acuna (.273) went 3 for 6 with a double. C Abrahan Gutierrez (.261) went 3 for 5 with an RBI. RHP Eddy Yean (2-2, 7.26) earned the win, pitching two scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out three.

Next: Thursday at Hickory (Rangers), 7 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 31-39) was shut down by Tampa (Rays), 4-1. RHP Sergio Umana (0.90) started and pitched five scoreless innings, allowing four hits and no walks while striking out three. LHP Mitchell Miller (1-1, 9.00) took the loss, allowing three runs, two earned, on four hits in the ninth inning. LHP Yoelvis Reyes (1.80) pitched the three innings in between, giving up one run on two hits. SS Tsung-Che Cheng (.256) went 1 for 4 with his third home run. 2B Deivis Nadal (.241) went 2 for 4 with a double.
