I recently had an outpatient procedure done at Excela Health Norwin. I was extremely impressed by the service I received.
The nurse who completed my intake information and procedure setup was very professional and personable, explaining what to expect and making sure I was comfortable. The anesthesiologist took her time in verifying my history and explaining what her role would be. The doctor explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. He did this in a manner that made me comfortable and confident.
Following the procedure, the anesthesiologist stopped by to make sure I was feeling OK, and my doctor thoroughly reviewed the results with me, making sure I didn’t have any further questions. The nurse in the recovery area also was very professional and personable, again reviewing the results, making sure I was doing well and that I was comfortable. She took the time to walk my wife and me out to the parking area and wished us a good day!
It was obvious the staff enjoyed their work and their work environment. I wanted to take time to write to give credit where credit is due. I would highly recommend their facility.
