GREENSBORO (High-A, 2-3) lost 6-3 to Bowling Green (Rays), dropping a winner-take-all Game 5 in the High-A East championship series. Greensboro took a 2-1 lead in the top of the fourth on a bases-loaded walk by C Blake Sabol and an RBI groundout by CF Matt Gorski. Bowling Green broke the game open in the bottom of the inning with five runs off RHP Bear Bellomy. He gave up three hits, including a two-run single to CF Jordan Qsar and an RBI double to DH Erik Ostberg. DH Adres Alvarez hit a two-out RBI single in the ninth to put the tying run on base, but SS Liover Peguero popped up to third to end the game. 2B Nick Gonzales went 0 for 3 with a walk.
