INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 57-64) was handled by Omaha (Royals), 5-2. 2B Rodolfo Castro (.375) accounted for all of Indy’s runs in his second Triple-A game, going 2 for 4 with a pair of solo home runs. RHP John O’Reilly (0-2, 6.35) started and gave up four runs on five hits and a walk in four innings. RHP Yerry De Los Santos (0.00) pitched two scoreless innings of relief. LHP Blake Weiman (4.68) struck out the side in the eighth.

Next: Thursday at Omaha (Royals), 8:05 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 0-1) gave up a late lead to drop Game 1 of the best-of-five High-A East championship series to Bowling Green (Rays), 10-8. After two straight days of delays, RHP Michael Burrows finally got the start, and it was rough. Burrows allowed seven runs over three innings, striking out six and walking a pair. RHP Enmanuel Mejia took the loss and blew the save, allowing three runs (one earned) in the ninth. 1B Aaron Shackelford and RF Will Matthiessen both went 1 for 4 with a home run. 2B Nick Gonzales and SS Liover Peguero both picked up RBIs.

Next: Friday vs. Bowling Green (Rays), 1:05 p.m.
