District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Michael Dicroce, 22, of Penn Hills on charges of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, scatter rubbish upon land, possession of controlled substances and criminal mischief. Oakmont police filed the charges Aug. 1.
• Patrick Lucas Sr., 48, of Penn Hills on charges of theft by deception. Charges were filed May 15.
• Donald Klinsky Jr., 52, of New Kensington on charges of simple assault. Charges were filed April 16.
• Taylor Binz, 22, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and two counts of resisting arrest. Charges were filed May 4.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Erick Williams, 57, of Ashtabula, Ohio, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and exceeding maximum speed limits. State police filed the charges April 20.
• Eric Gaines, 33, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence, overtaking vehicle on right, careless driving and exceeding maximum speed limits. State police filed the charges April 24.
• Richard Darrah, 19, of Gibsonia on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and exceeding maximum speed limits. State police filed the charges May 14.
• Terryl Bender Jr., 22, of Canton, Mich., on charges of driving under the influence, driving in right lane, exceeding maximum speed limits and careless driving. State police filed the charges Jan. 27.
• Joel Pawski, 45, of Monroeville on charges of reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence and careless driving. Charges were filed May 3.
• Ian Morelli, 41, of Delmont on charges of receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 22.
• Jeffrey Bachowski, 50, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. Charges were filed May 18.
