The following charges were filed July 22-23 with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroeville police:
• Matthew Gribschaw, 37, of Irwin with driving under the influence and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed July 22 in connection with an incident near the intersection of William Penn Highway and Old William Penn Highway.
• Russell Pointdexter, 66, of Pittsburgh with driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving with a suspended license, accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, drivers required to be licensed and driving without required financial responsibility. Charges were filed July 22 in connection with an incident near the intersection of Old Northern Pike and Thompson Run Road.
• Shannon Lydic, 43, of Pittsburgh with simple assault. Charges were filed July 23 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Cortina Drive.
• Jon Sanders, 72, of Pitcairn with indecent exposure and open lewdness. Charges were filed July 23 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of Broadway Boulevard.
