Waived preliminary hearings
• Antanay Smitherman, 21, of Monroeville on charges of simple assault. Charges were filed Jan. 5.
• Meaghan McBride, 30, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and turning movements and required signals. Charges were filed May 15.
• Scottie Krouse, 36, of Latrobe on charges of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed March 24.
• Shawn Swanson, 35, of Johnstown on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of weapon, disregard traffic lane and three counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Feb. 6.
