District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Sydney Smith, 26, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence. Oakmont police filed the charges March 8.
• Chanelle Chandler, 19, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence, failure to perform duties at stop sign, two counts of endangering the welfare of children and three counts of recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed May 19.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Diane Machen, 44, of Plum on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed April 29.
• Zachary Hanus, 25, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle. Oakmont police filed the charges March 9.
• Kimberly Punjack, 35, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and failure to perform duties at stop sign. Oakmont police filed the charges March 9.
• Caitlin Krimbel, 23, of Cheswick on charges of careless driving and driving under the influence. Oakmont police filed the charges March 6.
• Joshua Walsh, 40, of New Kensington on charges of public drunkenness, driving with blood alcohol content at 0.02 or greater while license is suspended, driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving at unsafe speed, careless driving, criminal mischief and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property. Charges were filed March 7.
