“I can see the fireworks from right here,” said Dr. Mark Piasio, as he stood in the kitchen looking out the window. “When I am watching a game on TV I can hear the crowd roar, and I know something good just happened.”

Having such gorgeous views was definitely a selling point for Piasio and his wife, Paula Cherry, an attorney, when they purchased the condominium in 2012.
The property is on the market for $1.5 million through Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty.
The home has a private entrance. There are three parking spaces in an underground garage.
The open floor plan of the 2,900-square foot unit, built in 2006, creates the look of a much larger space. Walls are painted in shades of gold, bronze and green with a Venetian plaster effect, as described by Piatt Sotheby’s.

We fell in love with this space when we came here. When I walk through the door I feel like I am home. And we get to see this view, this view every day.”
