Charges filed with Penn Township District Judge Helen Kistler. All individuals have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent unless proven guilty before a judge in Westmoreland County Court.

• Amy D. Craig, 29, of Trafford, by borough police with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Penny A. Lakly, 59, of Jeannette, by Penn Township police with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Charges withdrawn:

• A charge of simple assault filed by Penn Township police against Sona P. Van Ysseldyk, 54, of Irwin, was withdrawn on May 4.
