Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases March 8, 2021. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Melissa Ann Cole, 40, of Monroeville on simple assault. The charge was filed July 7.

Waived for court

• John Lance, 35, of Indiana on possession of drugs. The charge was filed June 2.

• Ricki Rashae Knight, 21, of Duquesne on eight counts each of animal fighting and cruelty to animals. The charges were filed July 27.

• Imonte David Kendrick, 24, of Penn Hills on charges of prohibited possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license and two counts of possession of drugs. Charges were filed May 25.

• Chelsea Nichole Held, 29, of Pitcairn on charges of making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 24.

• Andrew Michael Henkel, 30, of Irwin on two counts of possession of drugs. Charges were filed April 30.
