District Court, Feb. 16, 2021: Assault, firearms among charges handled by Monroeville Judge Jeffrey Herbst

Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police.

Held for court

• Keira Linsenbigler, 29, of Pittsburgh on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of children and two counts of aggravated assault. Charges were filed Oct. 25.

• Deangelo Savion Ziegler, 24, of Pittsburgh on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm illegally, falsely identifying himself to a police officer, possession of marijuana and carrying a loaded weapon. Charges were filed Jan. 4.

• Luther Lane Springs, 30, of Monroeville on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a weapon, disorderly conduct and two counts each of making terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed Jan. 18.

Waived for court

• Jon G. Fenyus, 49, of West Mifflin on charges of resisting arrest and two counts each of assault of a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed May 4.
