Charges filed with Penn Township District Judge Helen Kistler. All persons charged have the right to a preliminary hearing before Kistler and are innocent until proven guilty or pleading guilty before a judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.

• Madeline J. Semenko, 22, of Bovard, by Penn Township police with possession/manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Cecil Foreman Jr., 43, of Pittsburgh, by Trafford police with receiving stolen property, illegal possession of a firearm, firearm not to be carried without a license, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Lee Hopkins, 36, of Trafford by borough police with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Daniel P. Brennan, 28, of North Versailles, by Penn Township police with simple assault and harassment.
