A crash closed outbound lanes of the Parkway East for nearly an hour and a half Monday morning, according to PennDOT.

The multiple-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 6 a.m. between the Squirrel Hill Tunnel and the Edgewood/Swissvale exit, Tribune-Review news partner WPXI-TV reported. Lanes were closed for about an hour as crews worked to clear the scene, with both lanes reopening around 7:20 a.m.

It was not immediately known how many vehicles were involved or if any injuries were reported.
