Two men are in the Armstrong County Jail on Sunday after Kiski Township police charged them with child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia, among other charges.
Robert Wolfe, 39, of Arnold, and Kenneth George, 39, of Kiski Township, were arrested after police responded to a call for a reported overdose at about 5:40 p.m. along Kiski Avenue Extension.
Wolfe is accused of shooting heroin while George smoked marijuana in front of three children in the home, police said.
Wolfe overdosed but fled the scene before EMS and police arrived, according to a release. George provided false information to officers.
Police said they found assorted drug paraphernalia inside the home, along with a set of brass knuckles and a switch blade belonging to George.
Wolfe was found at a laundromat in Kiski Township with George’s wife. He was arrested along with the woman as police said she was under the influence of marijuana at the time and operating her vehicle.
Wolfe was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
George was charged with endangering the welfare of children, prohibited offensive weapons, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and hindering apprehension/prosecution.
