Monroeville police filed the following charges Nov. 17 and 19 with District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroeville police:
• Judith Cremone, 54, of Turtle Creek with retail theft. The charge was filed Nov. 17 in connection with an incident along the 4200 block of William Penn Highway.
• Matthew David Piccolino, 34, of Plum with driving under a revoked or suspended license, possession of cocaine or heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Nov. 17 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Oxford Drive.
• Tab Edward Brown, 63, of Pitcairn with having an open alcoholic container in the vehicle, driving under a revoked or suspended license, careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed Nov. 17 in connection with an incident at the intersection of State Route 130 and Thomas Street.
