The average hard-working retiree who got a pension and has Social Security, along with stocks/bonds and one or two annuities, will have $400,000 or more. You will be taxed on your entire portfolio. This will kill the middle working class and wipe out your golden years.
Joe does have a plan, that plan is to tax you to death.
