District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Judy Grasinger, 38, of Plum on charges of possession of controlled substances and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed June 17.
• Edward Carik Jr., 61, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence and failure to perform duties at stop sign. Oakmont police filed the charges June 14.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Aaron Valetta, 26, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. Charges were filed June 6.
• Rena Carswell, 38, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and improper signaling. State police filed the charges May 19.
