The Monongahela Incline is out of service, Port Authority officials said Sunday night.
The closure is due to a maintenance issue, according to a Port Authority social media alert posted shortly after 7:30 p.m.
Shuttle buses are running between the lower station on East Carson Street and the upper station on Mt. Washington.
There was no timetable for repairs.
Due to a maintenance issue, the Mon Incline is currently out of service. Our teams are working to address the issue. We are working to set up shuttle buses between the upper and lower incline stations. Please allow for additional travel time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
