Allegheny County reports 7 new coronavirus cases, 3 new deaths

Allegheny County health officials Wednesday reported three new coronavirus deaths, seven new cases and one new hospitalization.

County data show that of the 2,034 cases, 1,904 are confirmed and 130 are probable. Of the country’s 172 deaths, 160 are confirmed and 12 are probable.

All deaths occurred in people between the ages of 42 and 103, with 84 being the median age, according to the county.

A total of 352 covid-19 patients in Allegheny County have been hospitalized, according to county data.

Allegheny County moved to the green phase of Gov. Tom Wolf’s reopening plan on Friday.
