Murrysville Area Soccer Association officials have canceled the spring 2020 in-house and travel-team season.

PA West Soccer, the sanctioning body for MASA, announced last week that it was canceling all spring competitions.

“MASA is currently working with its website administrator regarding the processing of refunds for the spring 2020 season and we are hopeful to have a solution in place over the coming weeks,” MASA officials wrote in a letter to participating families.

Refunds, which will be applied to the credit cards used at registration, can be requested by emailing tabuccille@dappolonia.com by May 8. Requests after May 8 will be applied to MASA accounts as credit for a future season, which officials hope will happen in the fall.

“The health of everyone involved with MASA is our top priority at this time, and all decisions regarding the fall 2020 season will be made with this in mind,” officials wrote.
