Woman freed from Murrysville crash

A woman was freed from the wreckage of a one-vehicle crash in Murrysville Wednesday morning, according to a Westmoreland 911 dispatcher.

The crash was reported at 10:30 a.m. on Meadowbrook Road when the vehicle collided with a utility pole. Firefighters extricated her in about 30 minutes. A medical helicopter was being dispatched.
