A Grove City man was killed in a shooting Friday in the Hill District, according to Pittsburgh Police and the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.
Issa Noor, 18, was pronounced dead at 8 p.m. Friday at UPMC Mercy Hospital after being found with multiple gunshot wounds.
Authorites responded to a ShotSpotter alert and 911 calls following gunfire at the corner of Roberts Street and Bedford Avenue around 6:45 p.m. Friday, said Chris Togneri, a police spokesman.
Officers found Noor on the sidewalk and rendered aid until medics arrived, Togneri said. Police are investigating.
