Incumbents prevail in Brentwood uncontested council, school board races

In an uncontested race for three open four-year seats on Brentwood council, incumbents Richard Schubert, Pat Carnevale and Harold Smith Jr. retained their seats.

Schubert received 33.27 percent of the vote; Carnevale received 32.96 percent of the vote; and Smith received 32.46 percent of the vote.

Brentwood School Board

Five incumbents secured another term on the Brentwood Borough School Board in an uncontested race.

They were Amy Hayden, who received 21.27 percent of the vote; Robert Kircher, who received 20.20 percent of the vote; Roger Gaughan, who received 19.7 percent of the vote; David Schaap, who received 19.24 percent of the vote; and Richard Briner, who received 18.69 percent of the vote.
