The Bradford Woods Conservancy is seeking volunteers this Saturday to help clean up the trail in the borough’s reserve.

The Lake Loop Day cleanup will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 11.

Volunteers will be clearing overgrown vegetation such as invasive Japanese barberry and garlic mustard. The invasive plants will be replace with native wildflowers.

Participants should bring their own gloves and digging tools. Drinks and light refreshments will be provided.

The reserve is located off Bradford Road.

Questions about the project can be emailed to Ward Allebach at: allebach@consolidated.net.
