A Brackenridge man is accused of yelling racial slurs at another man before chasing him with a baseball bat and mooning him.

The alleged victim told authorities he was walking past the home of Eric Todd Clark, 47, on April 26 when Clark called him a racial slur, Brackenridge police say. The alleged victim yelled back at Clark and began to record him on his cellphone, according to court papers filed in the case.

As the man was recording, police said, Clark grabbed an aluminum bat and started to chase him across an empty parking lot.

Clark turned his back to the other man, pulled down his pants and mooned him, police said, after which he pulled up his pants and ran toward the victim again, with the bat raised. The alleged victim stopped recording and ran away.

Clark was told that day that he wasn’t to have any more contact with the alleged victim, but Clark contacted him through Facebook Messenger a few days later, police said.

Police this week issued a warrant for Clark’s arrest. He had not been arrested as of Wednesday afternoon.

Clark faces misdemeanor charges of terroristic threats, ethnic intimidation, simple assault, harassment and open lewdness as well as summary charges of harassment and disorderly conduct.
