Rapper Wiz Khalifa has a new five-bedroom home near Los Angeles, TMZ reported.
The Pittsburgh native closed this week on the $3.5 million, 5,832-square-foot mansion in Encino, Calif. that has seven bathrooms, a theater room, an outdoor kitchen and a pool, according to the news outlet.
Photos of the home show a modern aesthetic and decor in neutral colors. If a West Coast property Khalifa had been renting is any indicator, he’ll add black and gold accessories to remind him of his Pittsburgh roots. Khalifa last year gave Architectural Digest a tour of the Los Angeles mansion.
The listing touts the Encino mansion as a smart home with security cameras and a sound system.
